Merry Christmas!
We like to have a nice dinner Christmas Eve so we can relax on Christmas Day. This year we made Beef Wellington, it turned out absolutely delicious! There is a photo below of Hunter brushing the egg wash on the puff pastry. Everyone helped! Gma & Gpa Hill came over for Christmas Eve dinner and spent the night to have Christmas morning with us. We opened gifts at 7:45am and then had happy pancakes with pear syrup for breakfast. Got Gma & Gpa out the door by 10am so they could run home and get ready for their church at noon. It was a lovely Christmas morning. We are very lucky to have them living so close. Ella was excited with all the commotion and new toys, that she would not go down for her 9am nap until almost 11am! Hunter and Daddy are playing in Hunter’s room as I type this. I hope you all have a wonderul Christmas with memories to cherish forever!
